Injap Sia’s DoubleDragon aims for global growth with Singapore hub

BILYONARYO.COM | October 10, 2023

DoubleDragon Corp., led by business magnate Injap Sia, has expanded its presence in Singapore with the inauguration of its global sales hub and corporate office.

The company acquired a prime office space in the PLUS building, located at the heart of Raffles Palace in Singapore, to serve as the global corporate office for Hotel101 Global Pte Ltd., a subsidiary of DoubleDragon registered in Singapore.

DoubleDragon’s global sales hub is situated within the same building.

Hotel101 Global CEO Hannah Yulo-Luccini highlighted the role of the Hotel101 Global Corporate Office as the central hub for team members operating in various countries.

Their goal is to efficiently lead the expansion of the Hotel101 Unique and Asset-Light business model worldwide.

Alongside the objective of maximizing revenue generation from its Philippine portfolio by 2025, DoubleDragon aims to establish a strong foothold in international markets through its offshore Hotel101 Global portfolio. The initial three overseas Hotel101 projects are planned for Niseko Hokkaido, Japan, Madrid, Spain, and California.

These first three international sites will serve as pioneering projects, propelling Hotel101 towards becoming a global brand with a distinctive business concept suitable for deployment in over 100 countries.

Amid a fragile and volatile global economy, Injap Sia emphasized the importance of diversifying revenue sources geographically.

The long-term objective is to ensure that no single country contributes more than 10 percent of DoubleDragon’s revenue and income.

Despite this international expansion, DoubleDragon remains deeply rooted in its Filipino heritage, with a commitment to contributing significantly to nation-building and pursuing the vision of a first-world Philippines.
